Azerbaijan and Slovakia consider signing 13 new documents, Deputy Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Anar Akhundov said at the Azerbaijan-Slovakia business forum held in Baku, Report informs.
"The legal framework for cooperation between Azerbaijan and Slovakia has expanded, with our countries signing 14 documents. The Joint Declaration on Strategic Partnership signed during the visit of Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico in May this year will strengthen our relations and pave the way for deepening ties in various sectors. I would also like to note that in October 2021, we signed an 'Agreement on Economic Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Slovak Republic,' covering a wide range of areas including industry, construction, transport, and logistics. This agreement has created a solid foundation for our economic partnership," he said.
