He noted that in Russia, they have high regard for Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Office Sheikhulislam Allahshukur Pashazade.
"We are impressed with Azerbaijan's achievements in all areas, including economy, construction, and modernization. You have resolved a historical problem, the lands (territories liberated from occupation - ed.) have been liberated. The victory of the people of Azerbaijan and President Ilham Aliyev shows that the country is undergoing through a period of growth, and we are sincerely happy for the cooperation," Rustam Minnikhanov added.
