“Azerbaijan supports the participation of students from Somalia in the scholarship programme designed for the countries of the Islamic Cooperation Organization (OIC),” said Jeyhun Bayramov, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, during a joint press conference with Ahmed Moallim Fiqi, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Republic of Somalia.
“There is great potential for cooperation between Azerbaijan and Somali in the fields of economy, trade, energy security and other spheres,” he noted.
