Azerbaijan and Bulgaria maintain a dynamic relationship based on mutual respect and cooperation, Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister of Azerbaijan Fariz Rzayev said during the sixth meeting of the Azerbaijani-Bulgarian Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation, Report informs.
“Strengthening partnerships between the countries allows us to achieve new goals, so it is important to maintain constant dialogue,” he said.
According to Rzayev, the signing of a declaration on strengthening the strategic partnership between the two countries was a very significant event in the history of the bilateral relations.
He also said that there is an active interaction between Baku and Sofia in the humanitarian, cultural, and tourism spheres.
