Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov met with Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, Acting President and Chairman of the Senate of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan within the framework of his official visit to Pakistan, Azerbaijani MFA wrote on its official X social media account, Report informs.
It was noted that discussions covered strategic partnership between Pakistan and Azerbaijan, as well as potential fields of cooperation including economy, trade, investments, energy security, communications.
“In addition to bilateral cooperation, multilateral interaction within the regional and international formats were also high on the agenda. The parties also discussed broader regional situation, as well as preparations for COP29,” stated in the post.
