Azerbaijan’s COP29 team, headed by Lead Negotiator Yalchin Rafiyev, met with Wael Aboulmagd, Special Representative of COP27, and Mohamed Nasr, Lead Negotiator of COP27, in Cairo, the COP29 official X account said, Report informs.
