“We are shocked by the terrible tragedy that happened on March 22 at the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Moscow. We offer deep condolences to the families and friends of the dead and injured, we mourn with them. Residents of Azerbaijan bring flowers to the building of the Russian Embassy in Baku as a sign of support for Russia, in memory of the victims of the bloody terrorist act. We sincerely thank those who did not remain indifferent and share this pain with us.
