Azerbaijan’s Minister of Emergency Situations offers condolences following Moscow terrorist attack

Colonel-General Kamaladdin Heydarov, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Emergency Situations, has extended a letter of condolence to his Russian counterpart, Lieutenant-General Alexander Kurenkov, Minister for Civil Defense, Emergencies, and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters.

 

According to Report, citing Ministry of Emergency Situations, the letter expresses profound sympathies over the significant loss of life and severe aftermath of the terrorist act at Crocus City Hall in the Moscow region.

 

General Heydarov communicated his deepest sympathies to the bereaved families and relatives of the deceased and conveyed wishes for a swift recovery to those injured.

 

The incident, which occurred last evening at the Crocus City Hall center in Moscow, tragically resulted in over 90 fatalities. Authorities have detained 11 individuals in relation to the attack.
