Deputy FM: Georgia hopes Azerbaijan and Armenia to come to agreement

Georgia is interested in concluding a peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia, therefore it offers neighboring countries its platform for negotiations, Deputy Foreign Minister of Georgia Lasha Darsalia said at the III Antalya Diplomacy Forum, Report informs referring to Georgian media.

He noted that the Georgian side hopes that Yerevan and Baku will come to an agreement from which both sides will benefit.

There is no alternative to peace, for this reason Tbilisi supports negotiations and the establishment of stability in the South Caucasus, he added.
