The Khojaly Genocide committed against the Azerbaijani people stands as one of the most heinous crimes in human history, Azerbaijan's Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov said on the social network X, according to Report.
He said that even in the face of civilian massacres, Azerbaijani people's resilience remained unwavering.
"Through the antiterror operations led by our army under the leadership of Victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, our state's sovereignty has been fully restored, and the Khojaly district liberated from separatist forces. The sight of the tricolor flag waving in Khojaly today symbolizes the triumph of justice and the rightful avenging of the Khojaly victims. On the 32nd anniversary of the Khojaly Genocide, we honor the memory of the victims with profound respect. May all our martyrs rest in peace," Jabbarov said.
