The Commonwealth of Independent States is a friend and partner of Azerbaijan, Secretary General of the Commonwealth of Independent States Sergey Lebedev told a press conference in Baku, according to Report.
"During the observation of the elections, we did not interfere in internal affairs, we checked the objectivity of the process. We are always friendly towards the people of the country, because we are friends and partners of Azerbaijan. We hope that cooperation and friendship with Azerbaijan will continue for many years to come," Lebedev said.
