Ilham Aliyev’s victory in the snap presidential elections is the victory of the people of Azerbaijan and the entire Turkic world, Sultan Raev, Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) told Report.
According to him, one of Ilham Aliyev's great services to the people of Azerbaijan is the liberation of Karabakh from occupation and the restoration of the country's territorial integrity: "This is truly a heroic step of the president. We consider Ilham Aliyev the leader of the Turkic world and one of the architects of the order of the Turkic world. I congratulate the president on such a brilliant victory. The whole nation supported him. I consider this one of the brightest events in the history of Azerbaijan."
