Georgia hopes for soonest signing of peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia

Georgia has always been a supporter of durable peace and stability in the region, and is ready to make its contribution to this matter, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said.

 

Report informs that Garibashvili was speaking at a joint press conference with his Armenian counterpart Nikol Pashinyan.

 

"We are always ready to contribute to the establishment of long-term peace and believe that this is beneficial to the countries of the region. We are following the dialogue between Yerevan and Baku with great optimism. We hope that the parties will soon sign a peace agreement," he noted.
