"Oh, the lucky one who throws stones"...

Now they throw stones at us. From the West, from a single center - France. But stones are thrown not only from France. Paris has already given everyone in Europe a stone to throw at Azerbaijan. But those who collect stones in their hands in the West forget that there is something called the boomerang effect. That is, the stones will return. As they say, lucky is the one who throws a stone, and the stone has a time. One of the proverbs that the people of Azerbaijan brought out from the trials of history and brought to the present day is as follows: A stone thrown from a branch is worth an ankle.

Now Europe is facing this situation. The leaders in Europe, especially in Paris, have lost their memories. They forgot that Azerbaijan waited for almost thirty years. He expected that the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group would use the power and influence of the countries they represent to put an end to the territorial claims against Azerbaijan, which is three to four times larger than Armenia itself. But it turned out that "friends, partners, allies in the mediation mission, sometimes even strategic allies" want our country to compromise Karabakh to the Armenians. Only after that, Azerbaijan took up arms, returned its historical territories and restored its sovereignty. That is, both Europeans and Americans know all this well. But in that case, with what right did they start throwing stones at Azerbaijan, which respected them for 30 years? After Azerbaijan drove out the invading Armenian army from its territory.

Now those who stoned us have revealed all their faces. It turned out that these snow-covered mountains, which we once trusted, stood in a hostile position against Azerbaijan not only during the occupation, but even after the Armenians voluntarily left Karabakh. They unequivocally support Yerevan. They are angry and cannot digest the glorious Victory that Azerbaijan won by fighting. The defeat of Armenia, which is supported by France, the United States, as well as a number of other powerful states, has upset their nerves.

Before the ink of the resolution of the French Senate against Azerbaijan was dry, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe started throwing stones at us. Germany was put forward. After Frank Schwabe's false and biased speech, a decision was made to limit the rights of Azerbaijani representatives. It was as if an order from a single center was executed. Actions and rumors could no longer be allowed, everything had to be resolved quickly. Otherwise, it would be worth the risk of French President Emmanuel Macron.

The European Union has already followed the example of France. Jozef Borrell, the highest representative of the organization for foreign affairs and security policy, has recently been selected for his special pro-Armenianism. There is no doubt that he received his order from that single center. He also makes inappropriate accusations against Azerbaijan.

Of course, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan gives a worthy response to all these false and false accusations. The press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Aykhan Hajizade rightly said that Jozef Borrell is an aggressive and militaristic politician against Baku. The ministry rejected his accusations as baseless. The MFA believes that the head of European diplomacy has shown "neglect of the legal interests of Azerbaijan" by distorting the facts: "Such threatening rhetoric is a clear example of double standards, it further strains the relations between Azerbaijan and the European Union."

By the way, J. Borrell stated some time ago that he is worried about the claims of Azerbaijan on the territory of Armenia. Firstly, Azerbaijan has never made a claim against the territory of Armenia. Secondly, when 20 percent of Azerbaijan's territories were occupied by Armenia and Baku was faced with the problem of one million refugees and internally displaced persons, neither Borrel, nor his predecessors, nor Macron, nor the presidents before him were at all worried. They even made clear signs of giving Karabakh to Armenia and suggested to Azerbaijan the impossibility of resolving the conflict by military means. But Azerbaijan, in the cauldron of politics, despite such hypocritical claims of several generations of European politicians, has restored its territorial integrity by military means. It ended the 30-year conflict in just 44 days.

At the same time, Borrell threatened that any violation of Armenia's sovereignty would have serious consequences for relations between Brussels and Baku. With that, he threw a big stone in Azerbaijan's garden. But he and other colleagues also forgot that yesterday they bent their necks in front of the President of Azerbaijan for gas. We remind you what the President of the European Commission Mrs. Ursula von der Leyen said during her meeting with President Ilham Aliyev in Baku: "We want to further deepen the excellent relations. If we look at the Memorandum of Understanding that we will sign today, ... it specifically mentions reliable partnership in the energy sector, as well as renewable energy issues in the medium and long term."

Is this how you respond to Azerbaijan's "reliable partnership"?! Be afraid, be afraid of the day when the stones you throw will return!..
