Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Mazahir Panahov called on international observers to monitor the elections in the liberated areas, Report informs.
He said that correct observation of elections is the main mission of international observers.
"If the international observers do not go to the liberated areas, we consider it as indifference to our activities. They should observe the elections in the whole country, including the liberated areas," the CEC Chairman stressed.
