President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to mark the 130th anniversary of Mustafa Topchubashov, a founding figure of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Azerbaijan, an eminent scientist, and a prominent public figure. Topchubashov held a PhD in Medical Sciences and was a Full Member of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences.
Under the order, the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, in coordination with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan, will organize the anniversary events.
The Cabinet of Ministers has been tasked with resolving any matters related to the implementation of this directive.
