Philippe, King of the Belgians, has sent a congratulatory letter to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Report informs referring to Azertac.
"On the occasion of your re-election as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I extend to Your Excellency my congratulations and my best wishes for success and happiness.
Both our countries have enjoyed friendly relations, and I have no doubt that your re-election will contribute to the further development of our cooperation," reads the letter.
