The 6th intensive practical seminar on “How to Increase the Effectiveness of Participation in Exhibitions” has commenced in Baku for exhibition participants and stand builders. The event is organized by the Azerbaijan Exhibition Organizers Association (ASTA).

At the opening ceremony, Farid Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of ASTA, delivered a speech. The seminar brings together exhibition organizers, stand builders, ASTA members, and representatives of sponsor companies.

Aimed at systematizing exhibition experience, the seminar provides participants with an opportunity to evaluate their approach and eliminate common mistakes and misconceptions that arise during exhibition preparations.

The practical intensive seminar is conducted by Nikolay Karasev, Director of the Exhibition Consulting Agency “ExpoEffect.” With 25 years of experience in the exhibition industry and over 1,000 training sessions held in more than 10 countries, Karasev demonstrates effective methods for enhancing exhibition performance through real-life case studies and examples. Since 2006, more than 25,000 people have participated in the seminar, which is highly rated with a strong loyalty index (NPS), affirming its value among professionals who return for further training.

The seminar on “How to Increase the Effectiveness of Participation in Exhibitions” covers key aspects of exhibition events, common mistakes, strategies for success, proper stand organization, and effective service and product presentations.

Additionally, the seminar for stand builders, titled “How to Create and Sell Exhibition Stands,” focuses on modern exhibition stand requirements, functional zone organization, and optimizing product presentation.

Participants, including exhibitors and sponsor companies, are also sharing their success stories and best practices during the event.

ASTA actively organizes industry events, and this marks the second event held in 2025.
