Chief of Azerbaijan's State Service of Special Communication and Information Security Ilgar Musayev has met with General Director of the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics (ICI Bucharest) Victor Vevera.

The meeting was organized prior to the "CIDC-2023" event co-organized for the first time in Azerbaijan by the Special Communication and Information Security State Service and the State Security Service within the framework of the "Year of Heydar Aliyev".

The event focused on the cyber diplomacy, security of cloud solutions, Internet of things, cyber security in smart city concepts, "big" data, blockchain application in high-level domain systems, as well as cooperation regarding joint research in the fields of artificial and augmented intelligence.

In April, 2023, Azerbaijan’s State Service of Special Communication and Information Security and National Institute for Research & Development in Informatics ICI Bucharest signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
