Photos testifying to the arrest of the former so-called “president” of the separatist regime in Azerbaijan’s Garabagh region, Arayik Harutyunyan, have been released.
The State Security Service of Azerbaijan earlier detained Arayik Harutyunyan and brought him to Baku.
