The managerial staff of the State Border Service (SBS) of Azerbaijan conducted a meeting in anticipation of the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29).
Report informs citing the service that the meeting took place at the Border Control Command in Heydar Aliyev International Airport, with the aim of familiarizing participants with the organization of border control and the ongoing preparations for COP29.
Colonel-General Elchin Guliyev, head of the State Border Service, and Samir Rzayev, president of Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC, inspected the special technical equipment and control facilities.
During the meeting, reports on the completed work were presented, and the SBS leadership provided necessary recommendations and instructions.
