The "By Youth For Youth" international forum has started in Shusha, Azerbaijan, Report informs.
The forum is jointly organized by the country’s Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and ICESCO.
State and government officials, ICESCO management and secretariat, ministers of various countries, representatives of international organizations and more than 160 young people from 55 countries are participating in the event.
The purpose of the forum is to discuss the views and experiences of the youth of the Islamic world regarding peacebuilding, sustainable development, culture, and the environment, to enable their participation in these fields, to discuss innovative solutions, and to bring young leaders together.
Panel discussions, presentations and the closing ceremony of the event will take place in Baku on June 26.
