Tarlan Rasulov, Executive General of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), met with a Malaysian delegation led by Dato’ Ku Jaafar Ku Shaari, Chairman of the Al-Hidayah Group.
The sides discussed the development of Islamic finance, the expansion of the product range in this area, as well as institutional cooperation.
They also exchanged views on initiatives aimed at developing Islamic banking and on issues of mutual interest within the “Strategy for the Development of the Financial Sector for 2024–2026” adopted by the Central Bank.
