On January 8, 2025, Kapital Bank launched the subscription process for its subordinated bonds, valued at $25 million USD. These bonds were available for purchase through Kapital Bank’s branches starting January 10, 2025, for a period of 12 days. The subscription and placement of the bonds, carried out via the Baku Stock Exchange, successfully concluded on January 24, 2025.
The placement attracted the participation of 120 investors, with the total orders reaching $25 million USD. Each bond carries a nominal value of $100 USD and offers an annual interest rate of 7%. Interest payments are made monthly, every 30 days, and the bonds have a maturity period of seven years. The placement was underwritten by PASHA Capital Investment Company.
