“According to the operational data from the Situational-Analytical Center of the Fuel and Energy Complex, Kazakhstan has set a historic record in daily oil production with 278,400 tons extracted. This is 10.5% more compared to the same date of 2024 (251,900 tons),” Kazinform News Agency reports citing an official statement.
This became possible due to completion of the key stages of the Tengizchevroil Future Growth Project and commissioning of the Third-Generation Plant at the Tengiz oilfield.
Earlier, it was reported, TCO has reached a significant milestone at its Future Growth Project (FGP), by safely initiating production of crude oil at its new Third-Generation Plant (3GP) at the Tengiz oilfield.
