Azerbaijan has developed the National Water Strategy which is in the approval stage at the Cabinet of Ministers, Aliagha Azizov, an official of the State Water Resources Agency (ASWRA), told a panel discussion at the Caspian Water Innovation Forum, Report informs.
"As a first step, we should look at the issue of science and innovation in this field. We need to conduct research by involving the public, students, and institutions. We don't have enough local experts in this area. Therefore, we need additional support. We are also trying to involve Dutch experts in this regard," Azizov said.
