The International Strategic Communication Summit - "Stratcom 2023 under the theme "Global Fight against Hybrid Threats: Stability, Security, Solidarity", organized by the Türkiye's Communications Directorate, has today kicked off in Istanbul.
Azerbaijan is represented at the event by Head of the Communication Policy Sector of the Department for Work with NGOs and Communication of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan Javid Musayev.
Musayev will also participate in the panel session on the theme "New dilemmas of strategic communications: Information security and transparency", which will be held on the second day of the event.
The two-day event will feature nine panel sessions.
