Emin Jafarov, Head of AFFA's Match Operations Department, has been appointed as an UEFA delegate for the Conference League phase match between Shkëndija (North Macedonia) and Shelbourne (Ireland).
The match will be played on October 23 at the Toše Proeski Arena in Skopje.
