Romanian referee Radu Petrescu will be in charge of the Matchday 8 of the Europa League 2024/2025 league phase between Azerbaijan’s FC Qarabag and Olympiacos of Greece.
Petrescu will be assisted by his fellow countrymen Radu Ghinguleac and Mircea Mihail Grigoriu, with Marcel Birsan serving as a fourth official. Cătălin Popa will be the video assistant referee (VAR) of the game, assisted by Sebastian Colțescu (AVAR).
The match will be played on January 31, at the Georgios Karaiskakis Stadium in Piraeus, at 00:00 Baku time.
