Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestler Eldaniz Azizli secured his fourth world championship title by winning gold in the 55kg category at the World Championships in Tirana, Albania.
He clinched the gold medal after defeating Iranian opponent Poya Dad Marz in the final.
