Polish referee Damian Sylwestrzak will officiate UEFA Nations League C Grp. 1 Round 2 match between Azerbaijan and Slovakia.
Sylwestrzak will be assisted by his fellow countrymen Pawel Sokolnicki and Adam Karasevic. Marcin Kochanek will serve as the fourth official.
The match will be played on September 8 at the Košická football arena in Slovakia.
