Azerbaijan’s FC Qarabag played out a 2-2 draw against Germany’s Bayer 04 Leverkusen in the first leg of the UEFA Europa League round of 16.
Qarabag raced into a 2-0 lead in the first half thanks to goals from Yassine Benzia (26’) and Juninho (45+2’).
Florian Wirtz pulled a goal back in the 70th minute and Patrik Schick scored an equaliser in the second minute of injury time to maintain that impressive record.
Xabi Alonso's Bayer Leverkusen fought back to rescue a 2-2 draw against Qarabag.
The return match between the two clubs will take place on March 14 in Leverkusen, Germany.
