We must be ready to fight and defend, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius told an interview with the ZDF TV channel, XQ informs.
According to him, Germany should be ready to defend itself in a large-scale war in Europe, but it is impossible to speed up the process of modernizing its armed forces: “About two-thirds of the total volume will be used by the end of the year, but production and delivery take time. Something that has been underfunded for the past 30 years cannot be fixed in 19 months.”
