AirHelp reveals world's best airlines: Where does AZAL stand?

AirHelp, a company that specializes in evaluating the quality and efficiency of airlines worldwide, has released its latest rankings of the best and worst performers in the industry.

Report informs via AZAL that the rankings, based on an analysis of 109 airlines, cover the period from January to October 2024 and have yielded particularly interesting results for Azerbaijan's National Carrier, AZAL.

Top and bottom

The top spot in this year's rankings was claimed by Belgian airline Brussels Airlines, which received a score of 8.12 out of 10. Close behind were Qatar Airways (8.11) and United Airlines (8.04). The higher the score, the more successful the airline is in terms of service quality, flight punctuality, and passenger compensation.

At the other end of the spectrum, Tunisian airline Tunisair found itself at the bottom of the rankings with a score of 3.63.

AZAL's impressive performance

AZAL, Azerbaijan's National Carrier, achieved an impressive result in AirHelp's rankings, securing the 25th position globally. This is a significant achievement, considering that AZAL outscored several successful global carriers in terms of overall points.

The top 25 best airlines according to AirHelp's rankings also include well-known market players such as American Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, Etihad Airways, Air Arabia, Qantas, and Air France. This highlights the intense competition in the industry and the success of customer-oriented airlines.

With a score of 7.09, AZAL has demonstrated its potential and ability to compete with the world's largest airlines. The company's commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction has clearly paid off, as evidenced by its strong performance in AirHelp's assessment.
