A road accident has taken place in Dindori district of Madhya Pradesh state in central India, which killed 14 people, Report informs referring to local police.
The accident happened at night when a group of local residents was returning home to the village after participating in a festive event. “A pickup truck carrying residents overturned after the driver lost control,” police said.
Another 21 were injured. The victims were rushed to the nearest hospital. Local authorities promised to provide financial assistance to the families of the victims.
