President of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) Asmaa Resmouki has visited the Baku Higher Oil School of SOCAR (BHOS).
The visit took place as part of the VIII Eurasian Forum of Accountants and Auditors held at BHOS.
BHOS Rector Elmar Gasimov informed the guest about the modern teaching conditions and research environment created at the university, as well as about the achievements of BHOS students and graduates.
During the meeting, adaptation to international standards in the fields of accounting, auditing and engineering, and innovative approaches to accounting education were discussed. The meeting also highlighted the importance of professional development of accountants and the role of certified programs in this area.
