Education at the Turkish-Azerbaijani University at the first stage will be conducted in English and Turkish, Adviser to the Minister of Science and Education Nijat Mammadli said, Report informs.
Mammadli noted that the most prestigious educational institutions of the two countries will be involved in this project.
He added that at the initial stage, bachelor’s degrees will be taught at the Turkish-Azerbaijani University.
The memorandum on the establishment of the Turkish-Azerbaijani University was signed on February 19, as part of the visit of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to Ankara. The document was signed by the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan and the Council of Higher Education of the Republic of Türkiye.
