Key agenda topics include the growing role of e-commerce in postal networks, digital transformation, adoption of sustainable logistics practices, and the increasing importance of cybersecurity in maintaining trust and security across postal operations.

It also reinforces the UPU’s commitment to fostering regional development and strengthening international postal cooperation.

The forum is expected to deliver actionable insights that will help postal operators remain competitive, resilient, and aligned with the demands of the digital economy.
