Another group of former internally displaced persons has left for Azerbaijan's Khojaly, Report informs.
At this stage, 33 families (137 people) are returning to their native lands.
The residents expressed their gratitude to the head of state and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva for the comprehensive state care, and also thanked the brave Azerbaijani army for liberating the country's lands from occupation, wished peace to the souls of the martyrs who died in the name of this high goal. Thus, taking into account today's stage of resettlement, the total number of families who have moved to Khojaly city has reached 85, and the number of residents is 341 people.
More than 40,000 people currently live in Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur. Among them are former internally displaced persons resettled there, as well as specialists involved in the implementation of various projects, as well as employees of local divisions of government agencies, and workers of restored healthcare, education, culture, tourism, industry and energy institutions.
