Azerbaijani hotel revenues up by 42% in 2024

In 2024, the revenues of Azerbaijani hotels increased by 42% year-on-year and reached 694.2 million manats (over $408.3 million), Report informs, citing the country’s State Statistical Committee.

Some 65.5% of these revenues were received from services for the provision of rooms, 24.5% - from catering services, 2.5% - from treatment and rehabilitation services, and 7.5% - from the provision of other services.

The use of one-time hotel capacity in 2024 amounted to 24% (21% in 2023). This figure stood at 62.9% in Shabran, 46.1% in Naftalan, 39.3% in Baku, 27% in Gusar, 23.7% in Sabirabad, 23.5% in Gabala, 22.2% in Guba, 19.2% in Aghstafa, 17.6% in Agjabadi, 17.5% in Beylagan, 17.4% in Shamakhi, and 17.3% Lankaran. In other cities and districts, this figure was below %17.3.
