Another group of former IDPs returns to Azerbaijan's Shusha

In line with the instruction of Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev and the First State Program of the Great Return to the liberated territories, another group of former internally displaced persons has departed from the Garadagh district of Baku to the newly rebuilt city of Shusha, Report informs.

At this stage, 48 families of 164 people are being relocated to Shusha.

The residents of Shusha who returned to their homeland expressed gratitude to President and victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva for comprehensive state care, as well as to the valiant Azerbaijani army, heroic soldiers and officers who liberated Azerbaijani lands from occupation.

About 30,000 people live in Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur, including former internally displaced persons, those working on project implementation in these regions, employees of local branches of various state institutions, and workers of restored healthcare, education, culture, tourism, industry and energy institutions.
