Magnitude 3.1 quake hits Caspian Sea

A 3.1 magnitude earthquake struck the Caspian Sea on Saturday, according to the Republican Seismic Survey Center of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.

The quake, recorded at 01:02 local time, occurred at a depth of 68 km.
