A 3.1 magnitude earthquake occurred in Azerbaijan’s Tovuz district on Saturday, 28 kilometers north from Gadabay seismic station, according to the Republican Seismic Survey Center of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
The earthquake was recorded at 13:46 local time.
