The construction of the first residential complex in the city of Jabrayil, located in Azerbaijan’s Jabrayil district, will be finalized in 2024, the State Agency for Housing Construction (MIDA) told Report.
The Jabrayil Residential Complex covers an area of 7.87 hectares and comprises 33 residential buildings with a total of 712 apartments.
The apartments range from one to four rooms and vary in size from 40 to 120 square meters.
The complex will also feature a park, social-household facilities, underground and surface parking lots, recreation areas, children’s playgrounds and sports grounds.
All apartments will be fully renovated and furnished with kitchen furniture, gas stove, water, gas and electricity meters.
