An Azerbaijani delegation led by Minister of Defense Industry Vugar Mustafayev is attending the “World Defense Show 2026” international exhibition in Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The exhibition showcases 127 products belonging to the “Azersilah” Defense Industry Holding” Closed Joint Stock Company, as well as 53 modern military products of Azerbaijani companies such as “6LSystems”, “RD Smart”, “Q-STP”, “Snaplines”, “USH Group” and “ITX Motors.”

The exhibition, which showcases the latest military technology, equipment and systems, brought together more than 773 companies and 441 official delegations from over 76 countries. More than 106 thousand visitors are expected to attend the event.

As part of the event, Minister Vugar Mustafayev met with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense of Slovakia Robert Kaliňák. During the meeting, the parties signed a Memorandum, which aims to enhance cooperation between the two countries in the field of defense industry.

Vugar Mustafayev also met with Minister of Defense of Malaysia Dato Seri Haji Mohamed Khaled Nordin to discuss the prospects for expanding cooperation in the field of defense industry and technological partnership between the two countries.

The World Defense Show 2026 exhibition will run until February 12.
