A signing ceremony was held for a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the consular field between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro.
The document envisages strengthening bilateral cooperation in the consular sphere and further improving the services provided to citizens.
