The 8th Plenary Session of the Business Council of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) commenced in Baku on Tuesday.
Co-organized by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA) of Azerbaijan and CICA, the event brings together representatives from nearly 30 Asian countries, along with delegates from public and private sector enterprises.
In his address, CICA Secretary General Ambassador Kairat Sarybay briefed participants on the organization’s current activities and future prospects.
The meeting focuses on fostering mutual cooperation among CICA member states, exploring business initiatives, and advancing joint economic projects — particularly in the areas of transport and transit.
