A conference on the topic “Heydar Aliyev and Sovereign Azerbaijan” is being held at the Karabakh University in Khankandi, jointly organized by the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Ministry of Science and Education and in partnership with the university, Report informs.
The event is attended by Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev, Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev, government officials, lawyers, representatives of higher education institutions and the media, as well as young researchers.
