Jeyhun Bayramov, Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs, held a telephone conversation with Kaja Kallas, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission.
The discussion focused on the current state and prospects of Azerbaijan-EU relations, as well as regional and international security matters.
Both sides highlighted the broad potential for bilateral cooperation and stressed the importance of intensifying political dialogue, including reciprocal visits, to advance the agenda.
The parties also exchanged views on other topics of mutual interest.
