The Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia, Rahman Mustafayev, met with a delegation from the Organizing Committee of the All-Russian Patriotic Forum (OPF) "In the Unity of Nations – Russia’s Strength."
According to Report's Russian bureau, the delegation included representatives from the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation and NGOs, led by the President of the European Muslim Forum, Abdul-Vahed Niyazov.
"The sides discussed the development of Azerbaijani-Russian relations, as well as the role of Russia’s religious and ethnic communities in strengthening interstate dialogue," Azerbaijan's Embassy in Moscow said in a statement.
They emphasized the crucial role of public diplomacy and OPF as an influential civil organization in strengthening allied relations between the two countries.
